Join us for a field day to learn about central Wisconsin invasive species identification and methods of management. This FREE event will include an educational presentation from conservation professionals, a guided walk, a group lunch, and an optional invasive species removal session!

About the event
This FREE event will include an educational presentation from conservation professionals, a guided walk, a group lunch, and an optional invasive species removal session! Enjoy complimentary native seed packets, native plant give-aways, and lunch! Following the formal event will be an optional volunteer session for removing alternate-leaf bittersweet, which is a prolific invasive found in Waupaca county.
This event is open to all community members ready to learn! RSVP encouraged to ensure enough food for all participants.
Participants are encouraged to bring sunscreen, bug spray, long pants, walking shoes, water, and a raincoat (event will happen rain or shine). A lunch of Sloppy Joes, chips, water & soda will be served; however you are welcome to pack a lunch if you prefer, and a fridge is available to hold any carry-in lunches.
